我国高水平女篮队伍竞技能力评价分析

Analysis and Evaluation on Competition Ability of Chinese High-level Female Basketball Teams

为了提高我国高水平女子篮球队伍的竞争能力,为球队建设提供理论参考,以定量研究为主,定性研究为辅,对2014—2015赛季WCBA联赛各参赛队伍的基本结构、进攻能力、防守能力、攻防综合能力进行评价分析。研究结果表明：WCBA队伍年龄结构不合理,年轻队员居多,没有形成老带新的梯队,身高呈现高大化,符合当代世界优秀女篮运动员的特点;山西、北京、江苏和八一四强球队攻防评级主要集中于A、B,攻防比较均衡,外援发挥对其名次影响很大;5～12名球队因攻防评级不均衡、重攻轻守或重守轻攻影响其前后排名,评级靠后的球队整体进攻及防守实力较差,外援水平不佳,攻守失衡。球队RSR攻防能力评价能够客观准确地反映出各队的整体攻防能力,12支WCBA球队最终比赛排名与RSR排名呈非常显著性相关。

In order to improve the competition ability of Chinese high level female basketball teams and to provide theoretical reference for the construction of the teams,this study,using the quantitative research as the main method and qualitative research as assistant method,analyzed and evaluated WCBA league tournament teams from basic structure,attack ability,defense ability and attack-defense comprehensive ability. The results showthat the age structure is unreasonable,there are too many young players,old and newplayers are unbalanced and players are tall. All this meets the requirements for elite female basketball players in this age. Specially,the top four players＇ attack-defense ability evaluation in Shanxi,Beijing,Jiangsu and Bayi was mainly A and B,meaning balanced attack and defense. And their foreign aids have great influence on thier ranking. Teams ranked 5 to 12 were not balanced between attack and defense. Their offense and defense evaluation was not good. The whole offense and defense ability of those teams whose evaluation was worse and their foreign aids were at lower level. It could objectively and accurately reflect the teams＇ overall defense ability,using the evaluation of RSR,because contest final ranking of 12 WCBA teams shows a very significant correlation with RSR ranking.
