血管性疾病与泌尿系结石形成的关系 被引量:4

摘要 泌尿系结石是泌尿外科三大疾病之一,虽然其外科治疗取得长足的进展,但成石机制至今仍未完全阐明.现有的尿石成因学说主要包括:肾钙化斑学说、过饱和结晶学说、抑制物缺乏学说等,这些学说并不能独立而完整地解释尿石的成因,尤其是含钙结石.近十年来,人们逐渐认识到泌尿系结石与血管性疾病存在相关性,本文就血管性疾病可能导致的泌尿系结石及可能的发生机制做一综述。
