摘要
鉴于对炼焦煤选煤厂重选设备技术经济指标考核的关键是确定各产物产率,对23份三产品重介质旋流器单机检测数据进行数理统计分析表明,用三产物平衡法(三级浮沉)和格氏法计算的重选产物产率没有显著性差异;通过分析梗阳选煤厂重介质旋流器的分选指标认为:无论是误差概率,还是工作量,快浮—三产物平衡法均要优于计量—湿法脱泥筛分法。
In view of the key technicaleconomic evaluation index of the separation equipment by gravity in coking coal preparation plant being the product yields,23 sets data of 3product HM cyclone taken for statistical analysis,no remarkable difference between calculated product yield from that by balance of 3products and that by Ge＇s method; through analysis of the separation index of 3product HM cyclone at Gengyang Coal Preparation Plant, it is considered that probability error or working volume of calculation method by balance of express sinkfloat test being better than product weighting after wet desliming.
