基于PLC的浮选自动化双人机接口加药控制系统在马头选煤厂的应用

Application at Matou Coal Preparation Plant of the reagent addition control system based on PLC flotation automation by connection of doubleinterface between human and the machine

为了使浮选作业能够获得最佳的性能指标,提高加药的准确性和可靠性,设计了以PLC为核心的双人机接口自动加药控制系统;经马头选煤厂实地运行,该系统成功实现了药剂的自动添加,双人机操作极大地降低了生产成本,减轻了工人的劳动强度。

For attaining optimal performance index from flotation operation upgrading the reliability of reagent addition,designed was the automatic reagent addition system by two machines connection with PLC as its core and operated at Matou Coal Preparation Plant; automatic reagent addition successfully realized with two machines in operation,remarkably lowered down cost of operation and labor working strength.
