余土根教授治疗酒渣鼻临床经验

[目的]探讨余土根教授治疗酒渣鼻的临床经验。[方法]通过跟师门诊,从病因病机、辨证论治、临床经验等方面论述余土根老师治疗酒渣鼻的临床经验,并举案例佐证。[结果]余土根教授以中医辨证论治为主治疗酒渣鼻,认为该病的主要病机为肺热,根据同病异治的原则,针对酒渣鼻的表现形式的不同,按照肺胃热盛型及气滞血瘀型所表现的相应证型分别施以清泻肺胃积热与清热凉血、活血化瘀散结的治疗方法,同时配合西药,灵活施治,临床疗效较好。所举案例,取得满意效果。[结论]余土根教授分型辨治酒渣鼻的临床经验丰富,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

[Objective]To explore professor Yu Tugen＇s clinical experience in treating rosacea.[Methods] By following the teacher clinic, the author explores teacher Yu Tugen＇s clinical experience in treats rosacea from etiology and pathogenesis, treatment based on syndrome differentiation and clinical experience aspects. [Result] Professor Yu Tugen treats rosacea through TCM based on syndrome differentiation. He insists that the main pathogenesis of the disease is lung heat.Based on the principle of treating the same disease with different methods, he takes ditterent methods like clearing up lung and stomach heat and clearing heat and cooling blood,activating blood and resolving stasis,elimination atagnation to treat lung and stomach＇s hotness type and qi stagnation and blood stasis.At the same time,he insists flxeible using medicine, clinical curative effect is good and the case has a good result too.[Conclusion]This topic comprehensively summarizes the famous professor Yu Tugen＇s academic thought and clinical experience of rosacea, provides a more complete treatment concept based on syndrome differentiation of TCM in rosacea,to relieve pain and improve the quality of life.
