摘要
[目的]研究南方红豆杉枝条在不同湿度贮藏环境下紫杉烷类的含量变化,确定南方红豆杉最佳贮藏湿度环境。[方法]设置65%、75%和85%三个贮藏湿度,通过高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)测定不同湿度贮藏环境下南方红豆杉紫杉烷类成分紫杉醇、三尖杉宁碱、7-表-10-去乙酰基紫杉醇、10-去乙酰基巴卡亭Ⅲ含量变化,确定最佳贮藏湿度。[结果]在3个月贮藏过程中,南方红豆杉紫杉烷类化合物含量基本呈下降趋势,含量变化明显,紫杉烷类化合物总含量75%湿度﹥65%湿度﹥85%湿度。[结论]保持南方红豆杉紫杉烷类成分最佳的贮藏湿度是75%。
[Objective] To research the taxane content changes of Taxuschinensis var. mairei( Lemee et I'evl.) Cheng et L. K. Fu branches in different humidity storage conditions, to determine the best storage humidity environment of taxus. [Methods] Three storage humidity 65 % RH,75 % RH and 85 % RH was set up, taxanes taxus contents in different humidity storage were measured by HPLC to determine the best storage humidity condition. [Result] 3 months during storage, taxus chinensis var. mairei taxanes were decreased significantly, the total content of taxanes humidity of 75 % 〉65 % humidity 〉85 % humidity. [Conclusion] The best storage environment of Taxuschinensis var. Mairei taxanes composition is75 % humidity environment.
