摘要 [目的]运用遗传算法(genetic alorithm,GA)对连翘中连翘苷及连翘酯苷A的提取工艺进行优化。[方法]建立以乙醇浓度、液料比、回流次数、回流时间为考察因素的L9(34)正交试验,通过高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)测定连翘中连翘苷及连翘酯苷A含量,并以连翘中连翘苷及连翘酯苷A含量为目标函数,采用GA对正交结果进行优化,得到最佳提取工艺。[结果]GA搜索所得最佳提取工艺条件:乙醇浓度59%、液料比10:1、回流次数3次、回流时间3h。[结论]运用GA所得的连翘中连翘苷及连翘酯苷A最佳提取工艺稳定可行,可用于连翘中连翘苷及连翘酯苷A提取。 [Objective] Genetic alorithm( GA) was applied to optimize the extraction technology of phillyrin and forsythiaside A from forsythia fruit.[Methods] Setting the L9(34) table of orthogonal design about ethanol concentration, liquid to solid ratio, extraction time, extraction times and determinating the contents of phillyrin and forsythiaside A in forsythia fruit by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). According to the result of orthogonal test, use the content of phillyrin and forsythiaside A as the objective function, then, get the best extraction technology by GA. [Result]The best extraction condition by GA was : ethanol concentration 59 %, ratio liquid to solid 10 : 1, extraction time 3h, extraction 3 times.[Conclusion] The best extraction technology by GA was stable and feasible, and it was useful for extracting the contents of phillyrin and forsythiaside A.
