摘要
针对传统评价方法主观性过强的缺陷,提出一种基于层次-熵权的城市轨道交通乘客满意度评价方法。考虑运输效率、便捷性、舒适性、安全性、整洁性、服务水平等构建了城市轨道交通满意度评价的指标体系。基于层次分析法和熵权法确定综合权重,结合改进的模糊数学方法对乘客满意度进行评价。并以重庆市轨道交通为例,对模型的工作效能进行了实例验证。
To avoid the defect of over-subjective evaluation by tradition method,a new method evaluating passenger satisfaction of urban rail transit was raised based on AHP-entropy weight. An index system for evaluating rail passenger satisfaction was established by considering such items as transport efficiency,convenience,comfort,security,neatness and service level. With the comprehensive weight determined by analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight methods and in combination with the improved fuzzy mathematical method,passenger satisfaction evaluation was conducted subsequently. The working efficiency of the model was then verified by case study of Chongqing rail transit.
