摘要
以城乡一体化为前提,从山地城市公交线路具有的异于平原城市的特点出发,引入舒适度系数,说明公交的票价与舒适度存在一定关系。考虑山地城市居民的出行方式受到一定限制,通过问卷调查得出乘客可接受票价与接受率间的函数关系,进而确定山地城市公交价格需求弹性系数。考虑政府财政补贴对公交票价的影响,建立财政补贴机制,并结合拉姆齐定价模型,建立了一个适合山地城市城乡公交的定价模型。最后通过案例分析,验证了该定价模型的可行性。
Based on the precondition of urban-rural integration,the certain relation existing between the public passenger bus ticket and the riding comfort level were elaborated by introducing comfort factor and by emphasizing the difference of bus route between hilly city and plain city. Considering that the urban residents' travel means were limited in hilly city and through questionnaire inquiry,the functional relationship between passenger's acceptable ticket price and its actual acceptance rate was obtained thus determining the bus price elasticity of demand of urban public transport in hilly city. A pricing model suitable for hilly urban public transport was further determined by considering the influence of governmental financial subsidy on bus ticket pricing,setting up financial subsidy mechanism and in combination with Ramsay pricing model. The feasibility of this given pricing model is verified by a practical case study.
