国际普惠金融指标体系调查:进展、比较与启示

International Indicators for Financial Inclusion:Progress,Comparison and Lessons

本文总结了普惠金融全球合作伙伴(GPFI)、世界银行(WBG)、国际货币基金组织(IMF)、经合组织(OECD)和普惠金融联盟(AFI)等主要国际组织的8个普惠金融指标体系的建设情况,梳理了中国相关指标在各普惠金融指标体系中的国际排名情况,简要介绍了相关指标全球领先的国家及其表现。在此基础上,比较分析了各指标体系的特点和存在的问题,并就下一步国际普惠金融指标体系建设的改进提出了政策建议。

This paper reviews the eight indicators of financial inclusion developed by famous international organizations,such as GPFI,WBG,IMF,OECD and AFI,analyzes the rankings of China’s financial inclusion indicators in those databases,and briefly introduces the performances of relevant global leading countries.Based on this,we analyze the characteristics and weakness of each indicator,and propose several advices for policymakers to improve the international indicators of financial inclusion.
