热毒宁注射液治疗慢阻肺急性加重期的应用意义研究

Application Significance Reduning Injection in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)急性加重期采取热毒宁注射液治疗的效果。方法:随机将接诊的慢阻肺急性加重期患者80例分为两组,各40例,对照组予以常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上予以热毒宁注射液治疗,比较两组效果。结果:两组治疗后FEV占预计值百分比、FEV1/FVC(第一秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比)均有改善(P<0.05),但研究组更优(P<0.05);研究组总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。结论:慢阻肺急性加重期采取热毒宁注射液治疗效果明显,可显著改善肺功能,有很高的应用意义,值得借鉴。

Objective：To investigate the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）patients with acute exacerbation take Reduning injection therapy. Methods：The acute exacerbation of COPD admissions of 80 patients were divided into two groups,with 40 patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and the study group be Reduning injection treatment based on routine treatment were compared effect. Results：The two groups of patients after treatment FEV percent predicted,FEV1 / FVC（forced expiratory volume in one second occupation force vital capacity ratio）were improved（P0.05）,but the better the study group（P0.05）; Research the total effective rate was 95.00%,significantly higher than the 77.50%（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease take Reduning injection in the treatment effect is obvious,can significantly improve lung function,a high sense of application,it is worth learning from.
