噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿的疗效探讨

The efficacy of inhalation tiotropium treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema

目的:探讨噻托溴铵粉雾剂在慢性阻塞性肺气肿临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取82例慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者参与研究,并将82例患者随机分为研究组和一般组,予以研究组噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗,予以一般组异丙托溴铵气雾剂治疗。结果:两组治疗前的肺功能、6min步行距离比较均无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗1个月、2个月研究组肺功能均优于一般组,6min步行距离均长于一般组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿,疗效确切,不良反应少,具有临床推广价值。

Objective：To investigate the application of inhalation tiotropium clinical effect in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema patients. Methods：82 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema patients participated in the study,and82 patients were randomly divided into study group and the general group,the study group of patients received thiophene tiotropium dry powder inhalation treatment,the general group of patients received ipratropium ammonium aerosol treatment. Results：The two groups of patients before treatment of lung function,6-minute walk distance was no there was no significant difference（P0.05）,1 month,2months lung function the study group of patients were better than the general group of patients,6 minute walking distance were longer than the general group of patients（P0.05）,no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of inhalation tiotropium in chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema, effective, less adverse reactions,with excellent clinical application value.
