多西环素、左氧氟沙星参与的序贯疗法治疗胃幽门螺旋杆菌感染

Doxycycline,levofloxacin in sequential therapy for Helicobacter pylori infection

目的：研究分析多西环素、左氟氧沙星参与的序贯疗法对胃幽门螺旋杆菌感染（HP）的治疗效果。方法：将我院2014年8月~2015年12月收治的胃幽门螺旋杆菌感染患者120例,分为A组和B组各60例。A组采用序贯疗法进行治疗,患者前3d服用雷贝拉唑、甲硝唑、阿莫西林,后7d服用雷贝拉唑、多西环素、左氟氧沙星。B组口服雷贝拉唑、甲硝唑、阿莫西林,疗程为10d。统计分析两组患者的症状评分、溃疡面积、疗效以及不良反应发生率。结果：治疗后两组的临床症状及溃疡面积均有所改善,A组的临床症状积分及溃疡面积均显著小于B组（P〈0.05）。A组的总有效率、HP清除率高于B组（P〈0.05）。两组患者不良反应总发生率无差异（P〉0.05）。结论：多西环素、左氟氧沙星参与的序贯疗法可降低HP的耐药性,提高HP清除率,疗效优于传统疗法,值得推广。

Objective：To study analysis of doxycycline,levofloxacin combined in the sequential therapy for Helicobacter pylori infection（HP） in patients with therapeutic effect. Methods：120 cases of patients with infection in our hospital from August2014 to December2015 from H.pylori were divided into group A and group B 60 cases. Patients in group A were treated with sequential therapy,patients before 3 days taking rabeprazole,metronidazole,amoxicillin, 7 days after taking rabeprazole, doxycycline, left oxygen fluorine ciprofloxacin. Patients in group B were treated with oral administration of ray Bella,metronidazole and amoxicillin,and the course of treatment was 10 days. The incidence rate of statistical analysis of two groups of patients with the symptom score,area of ulcer,efficacy and adverse reactions.Results：After treatment,the clinical symptoms and the area of ulcer in the two groups were improved,and the clinical symptom score and ulcer area were significantly less than A group（P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate of A group was higher than that of group B（P 〈0.05）. There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Doxycycline,levofloxacin combined in sequential therapy can reduce the HP resistance and improve the eradication rate of HP,curative effect is superior to that of conventional therapy,it is worth in the HP infection treatment further promoted.
