摘要
在人才资源成为第一资源的知识经济时代,人才尤其是高层次创新人才日益成为促进一个国家和地区经济发展、社会进步的重要力量。作为一种关键性的战略资源,人才引进是科技进步、经济发展的重要推动者,地区必须在引进方式上加以转变以便在竞争中占据有利地位。本文调查了在"321"人才计划中,南京市的人才引进的效果并总结其经济效益,提出相关的对策建议。
in the era of knowledge economy has become the first resource in human resources, especially talent is an important force for high-level innovative talents has become the promotion of economic development, a national and regional social progress. As a key strategic resource, talents are an important driving force for technological progress and economic development of the region must be changed in order to occupy a favorable position in the competition on the introduction of the way. This paper investigates the effect of the introduction of talent in the ＂321＂ talent project and summarizes its economic benefits, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions in this paper.
