摘要
目的:优选粗柄独尾草中总多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,以总多糖含量为指标,分别考察提取时间、提取次数、加水倍量对总多糖提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为提取3次,每次1.5h,加水倍量为10倍量。结论:所得到的最佳提取工艺简单、可行、稳定。
Objective To optimize the best extraction process of total polysaccharides from Eremurus inderiensis.Method With the content of Total polysaccharides as indexes,extraction technology was optimized by the orthogonal test,using the extraction time, extraction times and the amount of water as the factors.Results The best extraction process was as follows：extracted 3 times with 10 folds of water,1.5h each time.Conclusion This optimized extraction process was simple,feasible and steady.
