The development of big data makes it more difficult to handle data set. Comparatively,there is more interest in this. Big data aim to analyze huge data set to work out the correlation and provide predictive service. If this is used to guide the public service there must be effect on the government＇s original role and administrative action. Government has the advantage of collecting data. Using properly,big data may promote the advancement of administrative modernization.
