摘要 斑马鱼作为一类脊椎模式动物,具备体型小、传代周期短、繁殖率高、体外受精发育、胚胎透明、饲养管理方便等优势,在毒理学研究领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。目前,斑马鱼已被广泛用于环境毒理学、病理毒理学、胚胎发育毒理学等方面的研究,初步展现出其独特的优势,本文综述了斑马鱼在毒理学研究中的进展。 Zebrafish belongs to a kind of model vertebrate animals, and zebrafish plays more and more important role in the field of toxicology research due to the advantages including small size, short period of subculture, high reproduction, in vitro fertilization and development, transparent embryos, convenient feeding and management, etc. Zebrafish has been widely used in the field of environmental toxicology, pathology toxicology,embryonic development toxicology and other fields, and shows its unique advantages. In this paper, the development of zebrafish in toxicology is reviewed.
