摘要
本文介绍了自动编程技术的产生,阐述了多轴数控机床加工时自动编程技术的应用。以叶轮模型为例,利用Power MILL进行自动编程,并对零件进行数控加工。最终得出自动编程技术可以提高多轴加工的效率。
It introduces the automatic programming technology and the application of multi axis CNC machining automatic programming technology. Taking the impeller model as an example, It uses Power MILL for automatic programming, and the parts for CNC machining. Finally, the automatic programming technology can improve the efficiency of multi axis machining.
