Problems and Countermeasures of The front desk management under Self-service Mode

通过我院手术室智能更衣系统的使用实践,本文分析了在自助服务模式下,手术室前台服务及管理过程中出现的各种问题及原因,并提出相应的对策。

Through the use of Intelligent scrub dispensing system in operating room, this paper analyzes the front desk service and management of all kinds of problems and reasons in the operating room under self-service mode, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
