摘要
针对某火电厂200MW汽轮机组真空度较低、凝汽器换泄漏率较高、换热效果差、汽轮机背压较高等问题,进行原因分析,探讨技术优化方案,介绍技术改造工艺及技改后性能试验结果,并对技术改造前、后的经济性进行对比,为同类型机组真空设备改造提供借鉴和参考。
Because 200MW turbine unit condenser effect ofheat transfer is poor, leakage rate is higher, turbine backpressure is higher,and so on, this paper analyzes the causes, introduces reformation program, reformation process, and the performance test results of condenser during beforeand after reformation, and compares economy of before andafter reformation, to provide reference for the energy-savingeondenser reformation of same type unit.
