摘要
高校外语教师遭遇了如何评价的种种误区。公正的评价应遵循"教学+"主导原则。具体而言,包括教学第一性原则、科研加权原则和社会服务加权原则,以教学为基点,从教学、科研、社会服务三个方面按权重综合评价。
How institutions of high learning deepen the reform on foreign language education and instruction so as to raise the quality of cultivating talents in the period of quality-orientation remains a common concern in the circle of foreign languages today. The five articles contributed in this column present the authors' critical thoughts about it. Professor Wang Wenbin,addressing the gap that needs to be filled in by foreign language teaching theory, proposes that the theoretical confidence in ourselves should be intensified and the construction of nationalized theory for teaching English majors should be promoted.
