摘要
笔者基于《幼儿园园长专业标准》,通过问卷和访谈调查了幼儿园园长培训内容和培训方式的需求。园长培训需求存在着"知识人"与"能力人"的冲突,园长们希望培训是可操作的能力取向,他们的培训心态是"看看别人是怎么做的"。根据调查结果,提出培训建议:第一,根据园长的培训需求提供培训课程,拓展园长视野;第二,理性看待园长的培训心态,帮助园长厘清培训的意义与价值;第三,强化个别指导与同伴学习,实现园长能力的提升。
The paper investigated the kindergarten principals' needs of training contents and ways through the questionnaire and interview according to "Kingdergarten Principals'Professional Standards.There exists the conflict between Knowledge Person"to"Ability Person"on training process.What kindergarten principals desire is the orientation of practice abilities,so their training mentality is to understand what other kindergarten principals did.According to the survey results,the following is the suggestions.The first is to supply the training curriculum due to their needs and expand their horizons.The second is to view their training mentality and to help them clarify the meaning of training.The third is to emphasize the individual guidance and peer learning and promote their abilities.
