I-gel和Supreme型喉罩在预测重度困难气道管理中的应用研究

I-gel laryngeal mask and Supreme laryngeal mask in predicting severe difficult airway management effect research

目的探讨I-gel喉罩和Supreme喉罩在预测重度困难气道管理中的应用效果。方法选择在本院择期行下肢手术的预测重度困难气道患者86例,随机分为I-gel组(43例)和Supreme组(43例),分别置入I-gel喉罩和Supreme喉罩,比较两组喉罩置入情况。结果两组患者喉罩首次置入成功率、喉罩总体置入成功率、置入时间、拔出喉罩时间、苏醒时间、呼气末二氧化碳分压水平、喉罩置入准确性及术后24小时内不良反应发生情况比较差异均无显著性(P均>0.05);I-gel组患者在T1、T2和T3时的气道密封压与Supreme组比较差异均有显著性(P均<0.05)。结论与Supreme喉罩比较,I-gel喉罩的气道密封性更佳。

Objective To explore the effect of the I-gel laryngeal mask and Supreme laryngeal mask in predicting severe difficult airway management. Method Choose elective line predict seere lower extremity surgery at our hospital in difficult airway patients 86 cases,were randomly divided into the I-gel group（ 43 cases） and Supreme group（ 43cases）,respectively in the I-gel laryngeal mask and Supreme laryngeal mask,comparing two groups of laryngeal mask placement. Result The two groups of patients with laryngeal mask in the success rate for the first time,a laryngeal mask overall success rate of placement,placement time,pull out a laryngeal mask time,wake up of time,Pet CO2 level,laryngeal mask placement accuracy and postoperative adverse reactions occurred within 24 h of there was no significant difference were observed in the comparison（ P〉0. 05）; I-gel group of patients in T1,T2 and T3 airway seal pressure compared with Supreme group differences were significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with Supreme a laryngeal mask,I-gel laryngeal mask airway tightness is better.
