竹炭纤维非织造鞋材的制备及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以某化纤企业的涤纶改性竹炭纤维和热熔纤维为试验材料,共混制备出针刺竹炭纤维非织造鞋材。综述了竹炭纤维非织造鞋材的制备方法及工艺参数,并通过对5种不同混比鞋材的单位面积质量、厚度、透气性、抑菌性、拉伸强力、撕破强力及顶破强力性能进行测试,分析研究不同混比竹炭纤维和热熔纤维含量对非织造鞋材各项性能的影响。通过对试验研究数据的分析与比较,得到了竹炭鞋材最优化的制备工艺参数,同时也表明竹炭纤维与热熔纤维的含量对鞋材的各项性能起着关键作用,其研究结论将为竹炭纤维非织造鞋材的开发,提供相应的参考。 With some chemical fiber enterprise polyester modified bamboo charcoal fiber and hot-melt fiber as experimental materials, the acupuncture bamboo charcoal fiber was prepared by blending with nonwoven material. The preparation methods of bamboo charcoal fiber nonwovens shoes material and process parameters were introduced. The per unit area, thickness, permeability, antimicrobial resistance, tensile strength, tearing strength and bursting strength properties of five materials with different mixing ratios were tested and analyzed. The influence of different mixing ratio of bamboo charcoal fiber and hot - melt fiber content on the properties of nonwovens shoes was investigated. Through the analysis of experiment data and comparison, the bamboo charcoal shoes material preparation technology parameters were optimized. It shows that the content of bamboo charcoal fiber and hot - melt fiber has key influence on material properties. It is helpful for the development of bamboo charcoal fiber nonwovens shoes material.
