Research on the Standard System Model of Electronic Contract Management

本文在分析电子合同管理标准建设现状的基础上,从电子合同管理全生命周期和信息化建设的角度分析标准需求,建立了多维度的电子合同管理标准体系模型,结合我国现状,提出了电子合同管理标准体系建设的构想。

This article develops the model of related standard system from the views of life cycle and informationization construction in the electronic contract management and puts forward the idea of electronic contract management standard system construction under the circumstances of the present situation of our country.
