我国彩票标准化建设研究

Research on the Construction of China's Lottery Standardization

本文针对我国彩票行业标准缺失、福利彩票和体育彩票亟待标准规范、彩票业标准化研究机构不健全和专业人才匮乏等问题,提出构建一套彩票行业标准体系,建立专门的彩票标准化机构,配备专职标准化技术人员,加强彩票行业和相关部门之间的沟通和合作,同时,提出借鉴世界彩票协会(WLA)的先进经验,尤其是彩票机构的安全控制标准。

There are many problems in China＇s lottery industry, e.g. lack of lottery industrial standards and specifications for welfare lottery and sports lottery, the lottery industry standardization research institute is not sound, lack of professional talents, etc. Aiming to address the existing problems, the paper puts forward to build the lottery industry standards system, set up a special lottery standardization institution with full-time technical staff, strengthen the communication and cooperation between the lottery industry and related departments. At the same time, it proposes to draw lessons from the advanced experience of the World Lottery Association（WLA）, especially the lottery safety control standard.
