摘要
反恐怖斗争是当前维护国家安全和社会政治稳定的中心工作,反恐怖防范标准化有利于提高反恐怖防范的有序化程度,也可以为反恐怖防范提供可靠的技术和管理决策支撑。本文结合我国反恐怖防范及其标准化现状,分析了标准化在反恐怖防范工作中的作用,确立了反恐怖防范标准化对象,构建了反恐怖防范标准体系。
Anti-terrorist aims to maintain the national security and social stability. Standardization is beneficial for the improvement of anti-terrorist precaution ordering. Also, it can provide reliable technology, support of management and decision for anti-terrorist precaution. Combined with the development of the anti-terrorist precaution and its standardization in China, the paper analyzes the function of the standardization in anti-terrorist precaution and identifies the standardization object of anti-terrorist precaution, building the standard system of anti-terrorist precaution.
