摘要
肿瘤患者化疗导致的呕吐现象是一种常见的不良反应,可以通过合理用药来提前预防或控制症状,减轻痛苦。本文通过对1例高致吐化疗药顺铂联合培美曲塞化疗致Ⅳ度呕吐的病例分析,详细介绍了该患者与呕吐相关的治疗过程,讨论了引起严重恶心呕吐的原因,分析了预防和解救呕吐状况的给药方案,并提出了改善患者呕吐症状的预防给药建议。
It is one of common adverse reactions that tumor patients vomits after chemotherapy, which can be prevented or controlled with rational use of drugs to relieve their pain. This paper outlined a case of vomiting of type Ⅳ caused by chemotherapy of cisplatin, a highly vomitive chemotherapeutic drug, combined with pemetrexed, and it described the treatment process associated with vomiting. We discussed the causes of severe nausea and vomiting, and analysed the drug regimen of vomiting prevention and treatment. Lastly, we gave proposal of prevention medicine to improve the patient＇s symptoms of vomiting of type Ⅳ.
