复律保心口服液治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Fulu Baoxin Oral Liquid in Treating Lower Extremity Atherosclerotic Occlusive Disease

目的:观察复律保心口服液治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照方法将60例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者分成2组,每组30例。西药组给予阿司匹林及阿托伐他汀治疗,中药组给予复律保心口服液治疗。14d为1个疗程,1个疗程后判断疗效。结果:中药组患者临床症状、体征及踝臂指数有明显改善,与西药组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组总有效率为93.33%,西药组总有效率为60.00%,中药组治疗效果显著优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:复律保心口服液治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症疗效显著,能够改善下肢血运。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Fulv Baoxin Oral Liquid in treating lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods： 60 cases of lower extremity Arteriosclerosis obliterans were divided into two groups（30 cases each） by randomized control study. Patients of Western medicine group were given aspirin and atorvastatin therapy, and the patients of Chinese medicine group were treated by Fulv Baoxin Oral Liquid. 14 days were a course of treatment, and the treatment effects after a course were observed. Results： Compared with Western medicine group, the clinical signs and symptoms and ankle brachial index in Chinese medicine group improved greatly. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 93.33%. The total effective rate of Western medicine group was 60%. The therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine group was significantly better than that of Western medicine group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Fulv Baoxin Oral Liquid is an effective treatment for lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans, and it can improve blood circulation of the lower extremities.
