骨炎膏外敷对髋部骨折局限性小腿肿胀康复效果的影响

The effect of Osteitis Cream for Reduce Lower Leg Swelling in Hip Fracture Patients

目的:探讨骨炎膏外敷对髋部骨折局限性小腿肿胀康复效果的影响。方法:将84例髋部骨折并发局限性小腿肿胀患者按照随机对照的原则分为观察组和对照组各42例,对照组常规给予抬高患肢、功能锻炼及消肿、抗渗出的药物,观察组在常规治疗基础上辅以骨炎膏外敷,每日测量2组患者健、患肢体的踝上10cm、髌骨下缘下10cm周径的变化,比较2组疗效。结果:观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论:骨炎膏外敷具有活血行气、利水消肿之功效,对髋部骨折局限性小腿肿胀具有良好的疗效。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Osteitis cream for reduce lower leg swelling in hip fracture patients. Methods： 84 cases of hip fracture patients with lower leg swelling was randomly divided into control group and observation group of 42 cases. The control group was given conventional elevation limb functional exercise, and detumescence, anti exudation drugs and the observation group was treated on the basis of routine treatment with osteitis ointment. Daily measure the cross section diameter of two groups patients in both leg at 10 cm above the ankle and 10 cm bellow the patella. Compare the efficacy of two groups. Results： The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusions： Osteitis cream has the functiona of promoting Qi and blood circulation, reduce swelling effect. It has good curative effect for the leg s welling in hip fracture.
