中药封包联合局部痛点注射治疗腰三横突综合征疗效观察

Clinical Observation of TCM Package Combine with Part Pain Injection in Treating No.3 Vertebral Transverse Process Syndrome

目的:观察中药封包联合局部痛点注射治疗腰三横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的90例患者均分为治疗组和对照组,2组患者均予局部痛点注射疗法,治疗组患者腰背部痛区外敷中药封包,对照组患者腰背部痛区普通热敷,连续治疗3周,观察治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为88.89%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药封包联合局部痛点注射治疗腰三横突综合征具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the effect of packet pain point combined with local clinical efficacy third lumbar transverse process syndrome of injection. Methods： The standard 90 patients were divided into a treatment group and the control group, two groups of patients herein are local trigger point injection therapy, low back pain patients treated with topical medicine packet zone, low back pain patients in the control group of ordinary hot zone, continuous 3 weeks of treatment, the clinical effect was observed after treatment. Results： The total efficiency of 93.33% in the control group, the total effective rate 88.89%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM packet trigger point injection therapy combined with local third lumbar transverse process syndrome has better clinical efficacy.
