Legal Thinking about Continuous Development of Ecological Environment and Natural Resource in Western Development

从法律的角度探讨 ,在西部大开发过程中不能仅考虑短期利益 ,最重要的是要考虑西部的稳定和长期发展 。

The chief thesis of the articles is that we should think about mostly western stable and long-term development and should not only take account of it's short-term interests in the west being developed . Therefore, we should pay attention to promoting and protecting and regular developing natural resource and balancing ecological environment by means of the law.
