摘要
为避免铁路信号施工与铁水运输相互干扰,尽可能不影响原炼钢站既有线运输能力,需要采用过渡施工技术,实现在新的计算机联锁控制系统下,车列在既有线路上的进路排列、开放信号、自动解锁等联锁功能,确保施工过程中运输能力和行车安全。
To avoid mutual interferences between the railway signal under construction and the transportation of molten iron,it's necessary to adopt proper transitional construction technology so as to ensure the carrying capacity of the existing transport line of original steel stand.With the control of the newly built computer interlocking system,route arrangement,signal open and automatic unlock of trains on existing lines can be conducted,ensuring the carry capacity and traffic safety during the process of construction.
