摘要
目前,乙炔氢氯化法合成氯乙烯工业上仍采用以活性炭为载体的氯化汞催化剂。氯化汞剧毒,且在反应过程中易升华而导致催化剂失活,流失的氯化汞对生物和自然环境造成危害。随着近年来我国对重金属污染治理力度的加大以及汞资源的日渐匮乏,新型无汞催化剂的研究迫在眉睫。本文介绍了乙炔法合成氯乙烯催化剂催化机理,阐述国内新型的无汞催化剂的研究进展,并展望乙炔法合成氯乙烯催化剂的发展前景。
At present, the synthesis of vinyl chloride from acetylene hydrochlorlnation industrial is used with activated carbon as mercuric chloride catalyst carrier. Mercuric chloride is highly toxic, and in the reaction process of sublimation and lead to the deactiva- tion of the catalyst. The loss of mercuric chloride was harm to biological and natural environment. With the increasing d heavy metal pollution in recent years and the increasing shortage of mercury resources, the research on the new mercury free catalysts is imminent. The catalyzing mechanism of synthesis vinyl chloride from acetylene hydrochlorination was introduced in this paper. The research progress in novel mercury - free catalysts at home was reviewed. The development prospects of the catalyst for synthesis of vinyl chloride from acetylene were also outlined.
