阻燃温拌SBS改性沥青混凝土耐久性试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为保证长大隧道路面施工、运营期间的安全和环保,推广应用阻燃温拌沥青混凝土技术。文章结合某高速公路长隧道沥青路面工程实例,针对该路表面层所使用的阻燃温拌SBS改性沥青混凝土AC-13和原设计的热拌SBS改性沥青混凝土AC-13材料,开展常规路用性能(高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性)、劈裂疲劳和耐油污腐蚀等试验,对比分析阻燃剂和温拌剂复合改性措施对SBS改性沥青混凝土AC-13耐久性的影响。试验结果表明:阻燃剂和温拌剂不会影响SBS改性沥青混凝土的高温稳定性与水稳定性,而对低温抗裂性能有一定程度的负面影响,但常规路用性能指标仍满足相关技术规范的要求;这两种改性剂会削弱SBS改性沥青混凝土的抗劈裂疲劳性能,但有益于其耐油污腐蚀性能。 In order to ensure the safety and environment of long and large tunnel during pavement con-struction and operations,and to promote the application of flame-retardant warm-mix asphalt concrete technology,thus,in combination with the asphalt pavement construction practices of the long tunnel in an expressway,and regarding flame-retardant warm-mix SBS modified asphalt concrete AC-13 used in this road surface layer and the original designed hot-mix SBS modified asphalt concrete AC-13 material,this article conducted the experiments such as routine road performance( high-temperature stability,water stability,low-temperature crack resistance),splitting fatigue and oil-resistant corrosion,and com-pared and analyzed the impact of compound modified measures of flame retardants and warm-mix agents on the durability of SBS modified asphalt concrete AC-13. The experiment results showed that: the flame retardants and warm-mix agents will not affect the hightemperature stability and water stabili-ty of SBS modified asphalt concrete,while having a certain negative impact on low-temperature crack resistance,but its conventional road performance indicators can still meet the relevant technical requirements; these two modifiers will weaken the anti-splitting fatigue performance of SBS modified asphalt concrete,but good for its oil-resistant corrosion performance.
