摘要
文章结合杭州公共交通发展现状,介绍了杭州公共交通满意度调查方案,并通过对调查结果进行统计和计算,得到杭州市辖区的公交满意度结果分值,进而对杭州市公共交通服务提出改进建议。
Combined with current public transit development situation in Hangzhou,this article introduced Hangzhou public transit satisfaction survey programs,and through the statistical calculation on survey results,it obtained the public transit satisfaction result scores for municipal districts of Hangzhou,and then put forward the improvement suggestions for public transit services in Hangzhou.
