Analysis on Application and Economic Value of Rolling Bearing in Inland Vessels

文章从研究现已安装滚动轴承船舶入手,通过实船使用情况对比、强度和寿命计算,以及对营运数据的分析,得出采用滚动轴承的船舶艉轴系统比使用滑动轴承系统能带来明显的经济效益和社会效益,并对推动滚动轴承的应用提出了一些建议。

Starting from studying the ships installed with rolling bearings,and by comparing the actual use situation of ships,strength and longevity calculation,as well as operational data analysis,this article obtained that the stern shaft system of ships using the rolling bearings can bring significant economic and social benefits than using the sliding bearing system,and proposed some recommendations for promoting the application of rolling bearings.
