国家级协同创新中心培育组建经验研究——基于38个国家级协同创新中心的案例与统计

Research on the Experience in Cultivating and Constructing National Collaborative Innovation Centers

协同创新中心建设是促进高校跨越式发展的重要途径。通过对38个国家级协同创新中心的案例研究与统计分析,提炼出瞄准国家急需、优化整合资源、培育主攻方向、凸显协同基础、重视申报认定、注重培育实效等培育成功经验。高校尤其是地方高校应高度重视培育组建国家级协同创新中心,加大政策和资金支持力度,突出培育特色和优势,创新工作招法,加强管理与运行机制建设。

Collaborative innovation center construction is an important way to promote university development.Some successful experience is abstracted out of the case studies and statistical analysis of 38 national collaborative innovation centers.It can be specified as aiming at the urgent demands of the state,optimizing and integrating resources,formulating the main researching goal,highlighting the collaborative basis,showing sufficient concern to application and affirmation,and emphasizing cultivating effect.Universities,especially the local ones,should highly stress the cultivation and construction of National Collaborative Innovation Centers by augmenting financial and policy support,highlighting unique features and advantages,innovating working approaches,and strengthening management and the construction of operation mechanism.
