保障高校党员民主权利的路径探析

党内民主是党的生命,必须保障党员民主权利,党员民主权利的实现与保障程度是党内民主发展程度的重要标志。党员民主权利是包括知情权、参与权、选举权、监督权等一组具有内在关系的权利集合。高等学校作为培养人才、教学科研的教育机构,承载着国家教育改革发展的重要使命。实践中,高校党员民主权利实现过程中存在观念、体制及机制上的问题,需要从提高党员民主素养、培养党员权利意识,完善配套性制度来等方面入手来加以解决,以保障高校党员的民主权利的行使。

Inner-Party democracy is the life of the Party.The democratic rights of Party members are composed of interrelated rights,namely,the right to know,to participate,to vote,to supervise and so on.The realization of the democratic rights of university Party members faces the problems in the aspects of ideas,institutional system and mechanism,which can be solved through improving the democratic traits of Party members,cultivating their awareness of rights,and perfecting the supporting regulations.
