审计硕士专业学位研究生培养体系研究——以南京审计大学为例

On the Program for Non-academic Audit Master Training

提高人才培养质量是研究生教育工作的永恒主题。目前审计硕士专业研究生培养存在培养方案缺乏专业特色及创新、专业导师队伍建设滞后、案例建设达不到教学需求、对职业操守的培养不够等问题。要提高审计硕士专业研究生的培养质量,必须改革招生制度,提高生源质量;以培养目标为导向,强调职业性和应用性;将基于胜任能力的培养贯穿于审计硕士专业学位研究生教育全过程;以协同创新为契机,完善教学实践基地建设;建立以自我评价为主导的审计硕士专业学位研究生培养质量动态评估体系。

The present non-academic audit master training has many problems to solve：the training program lacks professional features and innovation;the construction of the team of tutors lags behind;instructional cases cannot satisfy the teaching demands;inadequate concern is shown to the cultivation of professional ethics.To solve these problems,we must reform the present enrollment system to improve the quality of program candidates,adhere to the training objectives by stressing the professionalism and practical capability,focus on the professional competence of the trainees,improve the construction of teaching practice bases,and construct a dynamic assessment system based on self evaluation.
