摘要
大学贫困生资助服务的终极目标是育人成才,而目前本科生导师在这一服务中的作用未能凸显。本科生导师应被纳入大学贫困生资助服务体系中,并在学业支持与生涯规划、生活关怀与心理调适、思想教育与回馈社会等几个方面进行系统规划,最大效能地发挥育人作用。
The ultimate goal of needy students aiding program is to make decent men out of the students.In this respect,undergraduate tutors have failed to play an adequate role.They should have got involved in the aiding program in such aspects as academic support,career programming,life guidance,psychological counseling,ideological and moral education,and so on.
