摘要
做好高校资助育人工作,提升贫困生资助工作成效,实现"资助育人"的战略目标具有多方面的积极意义。高校应明确现行贫困生资助工作考核制度的缺陷,以贫困生资助工作为切入点,从组织机构的设立、资助绩效计划的制定、资助绩效的实施、资助绩效的考核以及信息化建设等方面对贫困生资助工作绩效管理体系进行构建。
The present system of assessing needy students aiding service still leaves much room for improvement.Universities should manage to get rid of those deficiencies and reconstruct the assessing system in such aspects as establishing special organizations,regulating aplan of aiding service,implementing aiding service,assessing aiding performance,and opening up aiding information.
