摘要
黄酮类化合物为白花蛇舌草中主要成分,具有显著的抗肿瘤、增强免疫等活性,现在已经广泛应用于恶性肿瘤的治疗,效果显著.介绍了白花蛇舌草中所含黄酮类化合物的种类、检测方法和这类化合物的药理作用,尤其是抗肿瘤方面的研究进展.
The flavonoids are the mainly components in Hedyotis diffusa,who has significant antitumor and enhance immune activity. It has been widely used in the treatment of malignant tumor,and the curative effect is remarkable. This paper introduced the main kinds of flavonoids in Hedyotis diffusa,testing method and the pharmacological effects of this kind of compounds,especially anti- tumor research progress.
