基于SWMM模型分析的高层住区低影响开发实施策略

Lid Implementation Strategy Of High-Rise Residential Based On Analysis Of Swmm Model

从低影响开发模式近年来的发展趋势和产生的生态效益出发,指出其当前在我国高层住区中推广应用的价值和难点,并提出相应的实施策略。分析了低影响开发措施在我国的发展现状,同时对其在高层住区中的应用前景和当下面临的困难进行了分析,并通过SWMM软件对典型案例布设不同低影响开发方案的实施效果进行了模拟评估,证明了低影响开发措施在新建高层住区中的实施效果,根据模型的分析和计算的结果进一步提出了有助于低影响开发措施在高层住区中推广应用的策略。

From the development tendency of LID mode and the ecological benefits it has produced, we point out its application value and difficulty in the promotion process and proposes the corresponding implement strategies. In this article, we analyzed the status quo of development of the LID mode in China and discussed the application prospect and the difficulties it confronted with in high-rise residential building districts, furthermore, we evaluated the effectiveness of setting different LID projects in typical cases with the help of SWMM, proving the effectiveness of LID projects implemented in high-rise residential building districts. According to the model analyses and calculating results, we further proposed the strategies that would help popularize the LID strategy in high-rise residential building districts.
