基于调研分析的小区适老化设计策略

Strategy Design Of Elderly Adapting Community Based On The Research Analysis

随着我国人口老龄化趋势的不断扩大,养老问题受到了社会各界广泛的关注,居住小区适老化设计问题亟待解决。通过笔者的调研发现,目前许多小区对适老化设计不够重视,未能满足适合老年人居住的需求。本文通过研究分析小区适老化设计的现状问题,力图探讨一种适合老年人居住的小区规划设计策略,以期对未来小区规划中适老化设计有一定的指导启发意义。

As the aging population trend continues to expand,endowment problem has received the widespread attention from all walks of life,the problem of elderly adapting design urgent to be solved. Through the author＇s investigation found that at present many of the residential area did not attach enough importance to elderly adapting,failed to meet the needs of suitable for old people. This paper in order to explore suitable strategies which through research and analysis the present situation of the elderly adapting design,that hope for the future community planning in the elderly adapting design has certain guidance.
