本文以杭州城西银泰商业综合体为例,探索从前期策划、建筑设计到使用后评价的商业综合体项目整体流程,重点在于三者之间的两两关系的研究,从而建立一种实证化的研究流程,从根源上减少商业综合体项目可能发生的问题。

Based on the commercial complex of Yintai City in Hangzhou, I have done search on the whole flow of preliminary planning, architecture design and POE. The focal point is the relationship between both of the three elements. The purpose of this article is to build a kind of positive research, which can reduce the amount of problems in commercial complex.
