生态建筑是当代建筑的发展趋势,倡导建筑与自然环境的和谐统一,是协调人与自然关系的途径之一。生态建筑的外围护结构,是体现建筑生态性能的重要部位,它既界定了建筑的内外空间,又承担着建筑内外空间物质能量交换的功能,同时影响着人与外界自然环境交流的畅通性。论文从建筑外围护结构中体现的生态策略入手,选取北京地区两个典型的生态建筑案例,探讨北京地区典型生态建筑的设计策略和北京地区生态建筑发展的可能趋势。

Ecological Buildings are the trend of current architectural development which focus on the harmony and utility of architecture and natural environment, and coordinate human with nature. External maintenance structure of ecological buildings is the important part of ecological function which divides the inner and outside space of architecture and plays a role in exchange of substance and energy. They also influence communication of people and outside natural environment. The paper chooses two typical cases in Beijing, discusses the ecological strategy and possible trend of development of ecological architecture in Beijing based on external maintenance structures.
