摘要
传统生土民居是我国农村地区典型的居住形式之一,目前仍大量存在,但其室内采光差、热舒适性低等问题尤为突出。本文选取夏热冬冷地区典型生土建筑,利用Ecotect软件进行了室内光环境及热环境的模拟分析,针对建筑节能的薄弱环节提出技术改造措施。模拟结果显示适当提高窗墙比、墙面反射率及增设明瓦能使各房间的自然采光时间提高20%,而围护结构热工性能改造和被动式太阳能的利用使建筑冬季室内温度的升高与夏季室内温度的降低较为显著,可有效提高室内热环境质量。本研究为我国传统生土建筑的室内环境改善提供量化依据与理论参考。
There is still plenty of traditional earth dwellings which is one of typical living form in the rural area of our country, but the problems of poor indoor lighting and thermal environment is prominent. In this paper, a typical earth building model in hot-summer and cold-winter zone was selected to simulate the indoor lighting and thermal environment by the software Ecotect, then puts forward technical renovation aimed at the weak links of energy conservation. Simulation results show that an appropriate increase of window-wall ratio and indoor wall's reflectivity and adding translucent tile can make the "percentage working year lighting off" increased by 20%. Because of the transformation of thermal performance of building envelope and the use of passive solar, the increasing of indoor temperature in winter and reducing in summer is significant,, which effectively improves the quality of indoor thermal environment. This study provides a numerical reference and theoretical base on improving the indoor environment of traditional earth building.
