国外农产品电子商务发展及对我国的启示

The Development of E-commerce of Agricultural Products Abroad and Its Enlightenment to China

文章分析了国外农产品电子商务呈现交易总量偏小、模式日益多样化、电子商务网站日益成熟和完善、电子商务配套设施逐渐完善等特征。农产品电子商务在农业经济发展中的地位不断提高,世界农产品电子商务将会朝着国际化、信息移动化以及渠道多元化方向发展。从我国实际情况出发,促进农产品电子商务发展要从几个方面着手:制定完善的法律制度,不断加强行业自律,完善行业政策体系,政府加强支持和指导。

First of all, this article analyzes the five characteristics of e-commerce, which is the total amount of foreign agricultural products, the increasingly diverse, increasingly sophisticated e-commerce sites, and the increasingly sophisticat,ed e-commerce sites. According to the actual situation of China, we should start from the following aspects： to establish a sound legal system, to strengthen industry self-regulation, to improve the industry policy system, the government to strengthen support and guidance, to speed up the industry personnel reserve and training.
