蒸汽幕的设计与计算

摘要 明火操作单元是石油化工生产装置中非常重要的操作单元,其稳定安全的运行是装置正常生产的重要保证。以某110万t/a石脑油加氢装置为例,在引入环境温度及风速参数的情况下,对明火操作单元中所用的隔离蒸汽幕的设计与计算过程进行详细论述,介绍蒸汽幕设计及实施过程中主要的关注点。强调蒸汽幕应该由厂内蒸汽管网单独引出,以防止工艺蒸汽的使用对其产生影响。蒸汽幕的管道设计要注意防止凝结水的聚集。 Fire operation unit is an important operation unit in petrochemical industry,and its stable and safe operation is an important guarantee for the normal production of petrochemical units.Taking ambient temperature and wind speed into consideration,this paper discusses in detail the design and calculation of steam curtain used for isolation in fire operation unit in n 1.1 Mt/a naphtha hydrotreating unit,introduces the key points to be noted during the design and implementation of steam curtain,and points out that the steam should be withdrawn from the pipe header by an individual branch to prevent bad effect and the aggregation of condensate should be avoided in the piping design of steam curtain,providing references for the design of steam curtain in related units.
